Barcelona President Confirms The Club's Manager For Next Season
Barcelona president Maria Bartomeu has confirmed that Barca's current manager Ernesto Valverde will remain the manager for catalan giants for the next season.
Valverde has 2 years contract with Barca containing an option to be extended for another season and He is already in his second season of being manager.
Talking to Sport, Bartomeu said: "We don't have any doubts here that Valverde will be the Barcelona coach next season. We will speak with him, of course, in time. That's what we agreed.
"He's a coach we have a lot of confidence in. He's doing a great job. He's an intelligent person, he knows Barcelona's system of play and he manages the games in a way which we like."
Ernesto Valverde: "I do not know where I'll be next year. I don't know if I'll continue here next season, I don't think long term.""I'm trying to reach the objectives as we still have a lot to do. We'll see what happens."
