Barcelona Agree Terms With Dutch Club Ahead of January Transfer Of The Star

Barcelona are at the finishing steps of bringing Frenkie de Jong from Dutch club Ajax, As the Netherlands's midfielder has reportedly agreed a five-year deal with the Catalans.
The 21-years old wonder boy has been linked with many top European clubs, including Bayern and Manchester City, but Barcelona have been quick to seal the deal from their transfer rivals.
Frenkie de Jong in the Eredivisie this season:

According to reports the fee is still unknown, Ajax demanded €75m for De Jong but Barca were confident of bringing the star for €60m. If Ajax pushes bit more then Barca might give the extra €15m for their main man.
This might be a huge blow for the dutch side, who hoped to keep their man until the end of the season after reaching the knockout stages of champions league after 12 years.
The Ajax director had reportedly said that they will hold their star until the end of the season, but the €75m is almost double of their current transfer record and better to turn down his decision.
